User
A user is the specific individual that completed an interaction with your product. Each user has a unique identifier that you can use to track their activity. This identifier can be an email address, a username, or a unique ID. Bigdelta uses a unique ID to identify users.
Accounts
To track how companies use your product, you can assign users to accounts. Each user can belong to one or more accounts. For example, if you’re a B2B SaaS company like Slack, each of your users can belong to more than one workspace.
Properties
You can also track additional information about your users and accounts. This information is called a property. For example, you can track a user’s email address, their account’s name, their role in the company, or the subscription plan they have.Events
An event is a data point that represents an interaction between a user and your product. Events can be a wide range of interactions. For example, every time a customer purchases a subscription for your service, there are details which describe that purchase the moment it happens. Actions like purchasing a subscription can be tracked as an event in Bigdelta.
