Viewing a record profile

Click any record in a list to open its full profile page. For a user, this is the complete picture of one visitor: their properties, activity timeline, and session replays in one place. The top of the profile page includes:
  • Breadcrumb — takes you back to the records list, alongside the record’s name and its created and last-edited dates
  • Favorite button — click the star icon to save the record for quick access from your favorites
  • Analyze button — ask AI about the record, for example what activity it has had recently

The profile page is organized into tabs. The available tabs depend on the record type.

Other record types, including custom objects, show a Details tab with all their properties.
The Overview tab is the best starting point when reviewing a record. For users, the Activities tab shows everything they did on your site, visit by visit.

Editing record properties

  1. Open a record profile
  2. Go to the Details tab
  3. Click on any editable field to modify it
  4. Changes save automatically
Some fields are read-only and cannot be edited directly — typically properties that Bigdelta collects automatically from your website traffic.
