The sidebar on the left side of the screen is organized into three sections. On smaller screens it becomes a horizontal menu at the top.

Traffic

Menu item	What it shows
Overview	Your website’s traffic at a glance
Map	Where your visitors are located
Users	Everyone who has visited your site, with their full history
Events	A live stream of events happening on your site
UTM	Traffic broken down by campaign parameters

Behavior

Menu item	What it shows
Replays	Session recordings of real visits
Heatmaps	Where visitors click and scroll on each page
Funnels	Step-by-step conversion through key flows

Growth

Menu item	What it shows
Workflows	Automations triggered by visitor behavior

At the bottom of the sidebar you’ll find the search button, your favorites, and the profile menu, where you can switch between workspaces and open settings.

Global search

Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) to open global search from anywhere in Bigdelta. With global search, you can:

Search across all your records instantly
Preview a record without leaving your current page
Create a new record directly from the search results
Jump back to recently visited records
Navigate results with keyboard arrows and press Enter to open

Favorites

Save frequently used items so you never have to hunt for them:

Click the star icon on a record or list to add it to your favorites
Open your favorites from the star icon at the bottom of the sidebar
Remove a favorite by hovering over it and clicking the remove button

Favorites are personal to your account. Each team member keeps their own list.
