The onboarding wizard

After setting up your workspace, the onboarding wizard walks you through six steps to get everything connected and configured. You can skip steps and come back to them later.

Welcome

Review what Bigdelta does and how it can help your business. Click Get started to proceed through the wizard.
If you prefer to explore on your own first, click I just want to explore to skip directly to your workspace. You can always set things up later from Settings.

Connect your billing system

Choose your billing provider from the available options:
  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • Shopify Partners
  • PayMe
  • Solidgate
Click Continue to connect, or Skip for now to set this up later.

Authorize connection

A secure authorization window opens to connect your billing provider. Bigdelta will be able to view your customers, subscriptions, invoices, and payments.
Bigdelta will not create charges, issue refunds, or modify your billing settings. The connection is read-only for your financial data.

Invite colleagues

Enter email addresses (comma-separated) to invite team members to your workspace. Consider inviting people in these roles:
  • Founders
  • Customer Success
  • RevOps
  • Product
  • Finance

Finish

Your workspace is ready to use. You have two options:
  • Click Go to workspace to open your dashboard and start exploring
If you skipped the billing connection during onboarding, you can connect it anytime from the Integrations section in Settings.
