Viewing your plan

To see your current plan:
  1. Go to SettingsBilling & Usage.
  2. Review your current plan and any active add-ons.

Available plans

Bigdelta offers two plans to fit different stages of your business:

Both plans include unlimited seats, dashboards, objects, records, and events.

Monthly vs. yearly billing

You can choose between monthly and yearly billing. Yearly billing saves you 25% compared to paying monthly. Toggle between billing periods on the Plans page to see the difference in pricing.

Tiers based on active accounts

Each plan has multiple tiers based on your number of active accounts. An active account is a customer record that has had billing activity (payments, subscription changes) within the current period.

Changing your plan

  1. Go to SettingsPlans.
  2. Compare the features and limits of each plan.
  3. Select the plan and tier that fits your needs.
  4. Complete the purchase.
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Managing billing

To update your payment details, billing address, or tax information:
  1. Go to SettingsBilling.
  2. You will be taken to a secure billing portal where you can manage:
    • Payment method — update the credit card on file.
    • Billing address — used for invoices and tax calculation.
    • Tax information — add your VAT or GST number for tax-exempt billing.

Viewing invoices

  1. Go to SettingsInvoices.
  2. View your complete invoice history.
  3. Click any invoice to download it as a PDF.
