What is Subscription Analytics?

Subscription Analytics is an add-on that gives you access to revenue and subscription metrics in Bigdelta. With it, you can track MRR, churn, retention, expansion, and 35+ pre-built SaaS KPIs — all calculated automatically from your connected payment provider.
Subscription Analytics is a paid add-on available on any plan. You can purchase it from SettingsPlans.

What you get

When you activate Subscription Analytics, you unlock 35+ pre-built SaaS metrics in Reports and Dashboards, plus a pre-built Subscription Revenue dashboard template.

Revenue metrics (monthly)

  • MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)
  • New MRR, Expansion MRR, Contraction MRR, Churn MRR, Reactivation MRR
  • ARPA (Average Revenue Per Account)
  • MRR Growth Rate
  • Net New Revenue
  • Paying Accounts and Paying Customers Movements
  • Customer Lifetime Value
  • Expansion vs Contraction Ratio

Revenue metrics (annual)

  • ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue)
  • New ARR, Expansion ARR, Contraction ARR, Churn ARR, Reactivation ARR

Churn and retention metrics

  • Customer Churn Rate and Customer Retention Rate
  • Gross Revenue Retention (GRR)

Conversion metrics

Account-level revenue data (the Revenue tab on account profiles) and Revenue Stages are available to all users with a connected payment provider — no add-on required. Subscription Analytics adds the workspace-wide metrics, reports, and dashboards on top of that.

How to activate

  1. Go to SettingsPlans
  2. Find the Subscription Analytics add-on
  3. Click Add and complete the purchase
Once activated, revenue metrics appear in your Reports library immediately. Data is calculated from your existing payment provider connection — no additional setup is required.
