What are integrations?
Integrations connect Bigdelta to your other business tools so data flows automatically between systems. By connecting your payment providers, communication tools, CRM, and data warehouses, you can centralize your customer data and power automations across your entire stack.

Connecting an integration
- Go to Settings then Integrations
- Find the integration you want to connect
- Click Connect or Set Up
- Follow the authorization flow — you will be redirected to the service to grant access
- Once connected, the integration shows a Connected status
Make sure you have admin access to the service you are connecting. Most integrations require you to authorize Bigdelta through the service’s own authentication flow.
Managing connected accounts
View and manage all your connected integrations in one place:
- Go to Settings then Accounts (under your profile)
- View all connected accounts and their sync status
Account statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|
| In Sync | Working normally — data is flowing as expected |
| Synchronizing | Currently syncing data — this may take a few minutes for large datasets |
| Broken | The connection needs to be re-established. This usually happens when credentials expire or permissions change |
| Disabled | Sync is paused. No data is being imported or exported |
Managing accounts
From the accounts page you can:
- Set a default account — Choose which account is used by default when multiple accounts of the same type are connected
- Disable an account — Temporarily pause syncing without removing the connection
- Reconnect an account — Fix a broken connection by re-authorizing
- Delete an account — Permanently remove the connection and stop all syncing
