What is Average Reactivation Amount?

It’s the average amount of MRR you gain each time a former customer comes back. If 2 customers reactivated this month with a total Reactivation MRR of $200, the average is $100.

How to Calculate It

Average Reactivation Amount = Total Reactivation MRR / Number of reactivation events
Example:
  • Customer A reactivated at $49/month
  • Customer B reactivated at $99/month
Average = ($49 + $99) / 2 = $74

Why It’s Useful

It tells you what plan returning customers are choosing. If they’re coming back on higher plans, that’s a good sign. If they’re coming back on cheaper plans, they may have found your previous pricing too high. Bigdelta calculates this automatically from your Reactivation MRR events.
