What is Active Accounts?

It’s the count of accounts whose product stage is Activated — meaning they’ve completed initial activation steps in your product.

How It’s Calculated

Active Accounts = Count of accounts where Product Stage = Activated

Why It’s Useful

Active accounts have gotten past the initial hurdle but may not be deeply engaged yet. Tracking this alongside Engaged Accounts shows you how many activated users go on to become regular users. Bigdelta assigns product stages automatically based on your usage event data.
