What is Paying Dormant Accounts?

It’s the count of accounts that are still paying but have stopped using your product. These customers have an active subscription but their product stage is Dormant — meaning they’re no longer engaged.

Paying Dormant = Accounts where Revenue Stage = Paying AND Product Stage = Dormant

Why It’s Important

Paying dormant accounts are your highest churn risk. They’re paying but not getting value. It’s usually a matter of time before they cancel. These are the accounts to reach out to first.
