It’s the count of accounts whose product stage is Engaged — meaning they’re actively using your product beyond initial activation.

How It’s Calculated

Engaged Accounts = Count of accounts where Product Stage = Engaged

Why It’s Useful

Engaged accounts are your healthiest customers. They’re using the product regularly and are least likely to churn. Tracking this over time tells you if your product is sticky.
