What is MRR Discount Amount?

It’s the total value of discounts applied to your subscriptions, expressed as a monthly amount. If you gave a customer 25% off a $200/month plan, that’s $50 in MRR discount. Add up all discounts across all customers and you get your total MRR Discount Amount.

MRR Discount Amount = Sum of all discount amounts on active subscriptions

Why It’s Useful

It tells you how much revenue you’re leaving on the table. A growing discount amount might mean you’re relying too heavily on discounts to close deals or retain customers.
